About Knight Rider
This website is a blog dedicated to the television show Knight Rider. The show can be seen Wednesday nights at 8pm on NBC beginning this fall. The show is a continuation of the popular 1980’s series starring David Hasselhoff as Michael Knight and KITT (Knight Industries Two Thousand), the artificial intelligence behind a Pontiac Trans Am, as well as a two-hour pilot movie which aired in February 2008. The new show, like the pilot, will star Justin Bruening as Michael Knight’s estranged son, Mike Traceur. KITT (now the Knight Industries Three Thousand), is bodied by a black 500 HP Ford Shelby GT 500 KR Mustang with the voice of Val Kilmer. The show also starrs Deanna Russo and is expected to have a cameo from the original Michael Knight, David Hasselhoff.
